As we head into the summer months and our TWELFTH ANNIVERSARY, you’re going to start seeing some new stuff, more frequently and on a more regular basis 🙂
NEW Content Schedule
BOM – Blog of the Month – whatever happens to be running through my mind in the greater world of exercise and nutrition which I feel needs my two cents worth.
ROM – Recipe of the Month – one of the many healthier recipes I enjoy on a regular basis in my day-to-day life
FOM – Fundamental of the Month – in my experience, one of the key fundamentals EVERYONE should know about
EOM – Exercise of the Month – pretty self-explanatory and depending on the exercise, it may also include some tips and tricks
Every week, there’ll be something new to talk about. Some of it will be the “mind” stuff, some food stuff, some basic stuff to know, and my favorite exercise to talk about for the month 🙂 And in the months where there’s an extra week, watch out for a bonus post of some sort.
