Private Client Coaching takes a more hands-on approach; it’s our personal training experience on steroids.
You’ll still pick a track (aesthetic, injury, weight loss), you’ll still meet in the studio (up to twice weekly), but we’ll also meet virtually or by phone, we’ll meet over coffee, and you may even meet other past and/or current clients, plus much more. All of it with the goal of re-training your brain when it comes to the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition – regardless of your track.
We’ll incorporate what you may be thinking and feeling with cognitive behavioral therapy theory. It’ll let you “connect the dots” when it comes to your personal health, exercise, and nutrition. You’ll understand yourself better and you’ll make new choices to help your goals stick.
Private Client Coaching isn’t just about the “how.” It’s also about the “why.” Understanding “why” keeps you sharply focused.
