Because personal training involves a lot more than just pushing weights around, standing on a scale, sweating profusely, and/or counting calories.

Private Client Personal Training is geared for individuals who are more than “all in” and more than “1000% committed. They know exactly what they want and absolutely nothing is in their way.

We’ll work on your understanding of how your muscles are interconnected and select effective exercises that will get you the look you want.
