Personal training involves a lot more than just pushing weights around, standing on a scale, sweating profusely, and/or counting calories. It’s an opportunity for self-improvement as a result of a self-realization. It’s taking action to resolve an issue that is uniquely personal – your health.

We guide our clients along a 3-step process of first understanding themselves, then trusting themselves, and finally educating themselves with respect to their personal health and fitness. Our goal is to “graduate” them by the end of one of a training program. At this point, they will feel a new confidence in their abilities to make healthier eating choices, to create their own effective workout routines based on their personal fitness goals, and of course, to feel much better about the person looking back at them in the mirror. They will know how to #ownyourhealthshit! 🙂
