You’ve completed the 90 day training program and you’ve got your Quickie Down and Dirty episodes helping you with your new way of living your health and fitness. 

You’ve got your exercise planned for the week, whether it’s to lose weight or build muscle or both AND you’ve got a handle on your macros, math, and how they’re both helping you towards your goals.

Quitting anything COLD TURKEY isn’t usually the greatest idea so checking in with your trainer on a periodic basis is a very smart solution.
